Sequoia
Someone once mentioned the 92nd had unique weapons. If so has there been any mention if this aspect will be covered in Rome to Victory? Edited October 8, 2018 by Sequoia
Ts4EVER
That was the segregated Division? I never heard about them having unique gear. On the other hand, the FSSF used the Johnson LMG, so that might be a possible addition.
Sequoia
Found the thread. In it, it seems you indicate the 92nd also used the Johnson but perhaps you were referring to the FSSF
Ts4EVER
Oh, no, I meant the 1st FSSF.
Badger73
Agreed. The 1st FSSF trained for the more unique missions using the more unique weapons. The 92nd ID comprised standard US TO&E's where a then segregated US Army assigned ethnically distinct American solders; the "Colored" 183rd and 184th Infantry and 167th artillery brigades, the 317th combat support battalions as well as the Japanese American "Nisei" of the 442nd infantry regiment.
