I intentionally cut out some key parts of it that would be kinda spoilers to the battle.

I was about to ask "where is it set" but I will wait for the DAR/preview (if that's happening this time around).

1st Armored Div rushed to block access to the Italian Alps passes into Switzerland is the subject of the scenario. It won't be used in a DAR. It does present some tactical challenges. And by tactical challenges I mean that my troops die a lot.

Recon by death, I call that. Guilty.

The allied weapons includes an FN/29.  Is this supposed to be a French FM 29 machine gun?

Yeah, I'd be sure of that. I hope they don't use this name in-game though.

Don't know if this has been discussed but will we see Italian troops from the Italian Social Republic in this module? They were a pretty large part of the successful Operation Winter Storm against the 92nd Infantry (Buffalo Soldiers.)  TY!

Steve's usual answer to obscure unit requests is vehicle pack/force pack/scenario pack. Though Steve's going to need a loooong time to recuperate from his Herculean (Sisyphean?) efforts to get CMFI out the door. This is already the most complex force structure they've ever done with nine nations, several of them with distinct ethnic groups, and a TO&E that shifts like a kaleisoscope across three years.
