Arty Smoke

I can see a target for regular targeting but the same target for smoke I can't on my arty.

Okay.  M4 (105) Assault Gun?  Should come with ten (10) 105mm smoke rounds.  Can you post screen shots for LOS to that single target?  One showing blue target line for HE/HEAT clear LOS and the other showing (or failing to show) grey target line LOS for smoke?

You start and run a screen capture software tool while playing the game.  There are several free apps available.  Many here use Fraps (http://www.fraps.com/download.php).  I use Bandicam (https://www.bandicam.com/downloads/).  There are still others preferred by some forum members.  You will want to pick one and learn how to do this.

You get fraps. You start it up before you start CM.  When you are in the game and you want to take a screen shot, you hit F10 (I think is the default.)  You tell it where on your PC you want it to be saved.  Pretty much all it is.
