Great, I'm so glad you like it.

Incidentally, I didn't add any weapons info - if the ranges are more obvious it is possible because of how I've rendered and arranged the backgrounds to the weapons panel.

Also, I didn't change the text colour of the command buttons, only the buttons themselves! Perhaps the colour I selected is more effective for you, when contrasting with the text colour.

As a present, here are the interrupt commands with White text.

Personally, I find the EVADE button in white is weak against the yellow background....

Finally got a chance to play dragonwynns Mountains of Allah with your UI.....it is awesome.  Very nicely done.  All the buttons are fairly easy to see, even with night battles.  Very clean and simple UI.

Thanks very much for continuing to tweak this.
