Rather, I believe it's more akin to what Krizantema has. All WX millimetric target acquisition and fire control radar. The Russians were talking about such things (sans the MMW aspect of the radar), naturally presented as "in the opinion of foreign military experts," during the Cold War. People used to think similar talk of "200 knot torpedoes" back then was ridiculous, but the resulting Shval rocket propelled torpedo is anything but a joke. Similar discussions led to things like Tunguska, measures against GPS, recon-strike complexes and many other painful for the West developments.
