Every new game that comes out (Red Thunder, Black Sea) is a missed opportunity for an improved UI, hence my "just satisfied" comment, which I still stand by. The lack of tooltips, and the developers disinterest in adding them to make their game more user friendly just frustrates me to no end. Just my opinion.
