I extracted all of the resource locations from the resource script file and cross-checked them against a listing of the resources which never activated using an EXCEL spreadsheet. Most of them should be active from day one since they are not referenced in any resource script but they are not. Resources adjacent to them on the same rail lines have no issues ruling out a supply issue. Perhaps what I will do is edit in a bunch of extra resources into a standard scenario and then see if they still do not activate. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
