The Blitz Scenario of the Month program

Recommended Posts

The Blitz is still running two scenarios per month. The plan is to rotate which family the scenarios are from. In the future I will post on the matching forums instead of all three.

Sign up for the May (yes we skipped April) Scenario of the Month has started over at the Blitz. This month the scenarios are:

CMRT: The Passage

CMBN: Bloody St.Omer Capelle

Form post for sign up

Sorry for being tardy but sign up has been open for a while so be quick...

Testing scenarios is funny, but multiplayer campaings are the most.

Please, organise a multiplayer campaign with CMRT if possible. I'll upgrade to CMBN 3.0 too...

Thanks and regards

There are no current plans for a multi player campaign at theBlitz that I am aware of. A few have been organized here - you could get the ball rolling again :-)

Some description of the scenarios would be helpful. Overall size, basic force types, basic terrain or setting. Nothing that would be a spoiler of course, and no need for exact forces. I just need to know some of the basic parameters (especially size) to know whether I might be interested, and the like.

I was going to say that the links in the blitz forum post are to our scenario database and the descriptions are there. But I see that they are pretty bare. I will endeavor to update them - check back this evening...

I updated the scenario descriptions you can find in the links in the Blitz forum post. I used the descriptions provided by the scenario authors (with slight editing) so they all hit different portions of your requested information.

Both the CMFI and CMRT are pretty long and I know the CMFI is not small even through the map is not too big - because it is a totally urban setting. The CMBN scenario is described as Medium+ with a 45min time limit. So, it is the smallest of the three but probably not really a small scenario.

Yeah, that sucked. The current Storm in the east completed round 1 and has games going on in round 2 and 3 simultaneously so we are getting better at managing this stuff.

it did suck prolly i felt that way most cuz i won first one and was top of the ladder

The Thread at the Blitz says December Scenario of the Month. When will the games begin?
