MikeyD
Although if we are Zen, there is no game. If we are Zen the game is us and we are the game.
Michael Emrys
I mean, what's so great about the Eastern Front anyway? So a great big bunch of guys got together and spent three years killing each other. Yawn. Michael
Holman
Seriously. It's like the Western front, just facing the other way. I turned my monitor around and got the same effect.

FroBodine
It's not the East Front specifically that is so great. Really, it's the hit decals they used while fighting over there. I'm surprised Eisenhower never made them standard issue.
Collingwood
Most amazingly of all they've got triggers on the East Front. No idea how anything went 'bang' without them before.
Holman
You have to wonder how the USAAF would have fared in a theater with functional air defenses.
herr_oberst
Recently overheard at the Battlefront "release status meeting", April 1, 2014. "Perhaps it IS a good day to die... I say we ship it." "Code Indentation?!? - I will show you indentation when I indent your skull!" "Specifications are for the weak and timid." "What is this talk of 'release'??? Battlefront software escapes, leaving a bloody trail of designers and quality assurance people in it's wake." "Debugging? We don't debug. Our software does not coddle the weak." "Our users will know fear and cower before our software! Ship it! Ship it and let them flee like the dogs they are!!!" "I have challenged the entire Quality Assurance team to a Bat-Leth contest. They will not concern us again."

popgun
I am so pleased that i have managed to get to grips with my impatience surrounding BF releases. chill chaps you will live longer You are a better man than I. Frustrations rose to the point last night that I fired up CMBN and took an entire panzer brigade to some British paratroopers. Simply for the fun of it.
GCF
I'm I same boat ordered ages ago, and wait, playing refresh monkey for last few weeks. Only thing is I have gone through many realeases and to be honest, I used to complain and ask for updates. now I do not as some times in the past BFC have released games a bit to early like the first update in CMSF that allowed take to have secondery explosions, made game unplayable and needed another patch straight after release. so for me, if BFC Needs another week or two, so be it. I would rather download a game that is good, rather than one that is rushed and needs patching to make it playable. So many new things (whole Russian army, for example) , it will take a while to sort out bugs. just my oppinion

FroBodine
I think tomorrow, April 3, would be a good day to release the game. Some historical events on April 3 (compliments of Google): 1865 - Union forces occupy Confederate capital of Richmond Va & Petersberg 1882 - Jesse James is killed by Robert Ford 1922 - Stalin appointed General Secretary of Communist Party 1941 - Churchill warns Stalin of German invasion 1964 - Beatles hold top 6 spots on Sydney Australia record charts 2014 - Battlefront.com releases Combat Mission: Red Thunder?
