ninduski
That is the question... What do you guys think? i normally use fog... but a friend of mine thinks it is better without fog. thanks
Strategiclayabout
Hi ninduski , I think you lose all the surprise and fun without fog of war. It just becomes a matter of brute force, your enemy will always know where and when you plan to attack.

TaoJah
Yeah, FOW is the most fun for me too. Not just at sea. One could argue that several great battles were decided because the of FOW: Waterloo, for example, where the Brits used fake troops north of their line to dissuate the old guard from charging through the line, the fake federal banners in the cival war, which made the confederates reset their troops all wrong and even D-Day where the Germans didn't had a clue what was comming. FOW is a must-do!
