Fizou
Lets hope the "boot uniform" is removed in MG.
Buzz
Do any "uniform grog" scenario files / guides exist? For example "CW Commonwealth Dealership" scenario file shows me the CW vehicles. If there was a similar uniform scenario file or series of files it would help the non "uniform grogs" test and select the most stylish habiliments for the struggle and compare uniform mods.

Clavicula_Nox
It's not a big deal, but Market Garden era US Airborne are wearing M42 uniforms instead of M43s.
akd
Airborne uniform issues should be sorted out for the patch. However, if you select Holland for the region, you should see the M43 uniform on at least one of the divisions.
Clavicula_Nox
Okay, like I said, it's really not a big deal. Is there a way to select which division is placed in the scenario editor? If I just set to Holland, Sept. 44 and place an Airborne battalion, it's M42 uniforms with 82nd insignia. *edit* nevermind, i see it.
Ithikial_AU
Good to see the US Airborne Uniform issue will be fixed. The way it appears for me... Date: September 1944 Setting: Holland Standard - M42 Uniforms with 82nd Airborne insignia 82nd - M42 Uniforms with 82 Airborne insignia 101st - M43 Uniforms with 101st Airborne insignia
waffelmann
Hi, some additionals observations: - the nco-Skins of the germans are still not used - I think the scope of the karabiner 98k is at the wrong the place - the mg-gunner of the us-paratroopers (e.g. for the m1919a4) have the wrong skin (this one of the glider-troopers) - the skins of the ammo-puches from the us-paratroopers are upside-down greetings, alex

That's how it was positioned. There were other scopes for it of course maybe we could see another model in-game to show this variety?
waffelmann
I googled and you are right, thanks for this information...how is it possible to aim with such a thing???? greetings, alex
Saferight
I googled and you are right, thanks for this information...how is it possible to aim with such a thing???? greetings, alex I don't think it was intended to be a dedicated snipers telescopic sight. If I remember correctly it was intended to be equipped on a range of weapons, that didn't happen an their sharpshooters were stuck with them. You can definitely shoot with the thing but not as accurately at far ranges, as you can with Zf 39 or other higher powered scopes. Also I think I remember seeing it on the FG42 and MP/STG 44.
LukeFF
Something I've noticed that's still present with Fallschirmjäger troops after this latest update: when a soldier is carrying the M38 SMG or the FG42, there are no ammo pouches or bandoliers (common for the FG42) depicted as part of the soldier's equipment.

akd
Am I the only one not seeing any Splinter pattern helmet covers for the Heer troops since the patch? Your 3D Texture Quality setting under Options affects the number of alternate textures used. Try increasing the quality and see if some show up.

Quintus Sertorius
FWIW, I've definitely seen the occasional NCO among the Luftwaffe infantry I've been working on.
Rambler
These two texture issues are still present. Disappointing to say the least. P38 texture mapping: http://www.battlefront.com/community/showpost.php?p=1425811&postcount=23 MG34 & MG42 texture problems: http://www.battlefront.com/community/showpost.php?p=1425841&postcount=24
Quintus Sertorius
As I was finishing up my Luftwaffe infantry uniforms, I noticed my Company HQ unit had no senior officers, just a radio operator and two privates. Prior to MG, it had two senior officers with peaked hats. NCOs and junior officers appear in both infantry units and gun crews, but perhaps not in sufficient quantities if one goes by the ranks displayed in the info bar.
LukeFF
US Army, Airborne Demolition Team: There are several pieces of equipment that look like they are floating in thin air instead of being attached to the pistol belt, such as the entrenching tool, canteen, and first aid pouch:
Quintus Sertorius
To be more precise about what I said earlier, the LW Jaeger Battalion HQ unit currently has no officer textures.
