Or at least not that I could find. But thanks to 2nd hand book sellers it's at least still available. Just curious, did you try ABE books? I've gotten lucky several times with them. Of course, some books are pricy no matter who you buy them from. And if they are rare first editions, you may as well bring a truckload of gold bars.
