Dellinger327 Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 I noticed quite a few scenario and campaign downloads are .rar files... so what is the best program to use/ un-pack these? My windows said I have to download another program to read these but I'm leary of downloading a 'free' one... most of the ones windows recommends cost money... What is everyone using for these?
