    I noticed while purchasing forces for a QB that shelter bunkers cost more with "experience". Are elite shelter bunkers (92 pts) any different than conscript shelter bunkers (55 pts)? Better built perhaps? Motivation also affects shelter bunker cost; but not as much as experience. Is this intended?

    Any scenario or QB, either side, Warrior or Iron setting. I'm using the latest version (engine 4, 2.02). If you hurry, you will be my first human opponent in 18 years! You may have to be patient with me concerning file transfers, although I've successfully sent myself links to files on One Drive. I'm retired, and staying home, so it will probably be your turn most of the time. Thanks!
