How do I raid convoys in the North Atlantic safely? I read the manual, so I know the mechanics of raiding, but it seems like using subs is a complete waste of time and resources. Every time I try, the entire Allied fleet sails out to sink the U-boats. I'm assuming that, like a lot of other games, the AI in this game knows where all my units are at all times...
