I opened a ticket yesterday because I'd got a LINK EXPIRED when trying to download my game, but didn't get either a confirmation that it was opened or any reply yet. So I go to the helpdesk to check my ticket, but apparently I need a separate login which I never created, assuming - being logged into battlefront.com with my customer account - that would be it, because why wouldn't it? Do I need to create another account and recreate the ticket?
