thanks for answering. We have, we get a form letter back that tells you how to download from a CD

Hello-- My friend and I bought the 1 free download + CD for this game. The download worked fine however when we got the CD in the mail, it will not work. It has a sticker with a license key on it, but when we enter this key, it says "you have already used your maximum number of downloads" or "invalid key". We have never been able to download anything from this CD so we are not past our alloted number of downloads. any ideas??
