My friends have been watching me stream CMBS using steam's streaming overlay. At least one bought it and a few others are thinking if it while playing the crap out of the demos. The only mentions of the appearance has been the infantry animations ei, "They are wearing standard issue roller blades".
I am a bit of a graphics hound and I although better graphics would be awesome id hope they wouldn't be at the expense of the game play. Id much rather hear "The graphics kind of suck" than "the game kind of sucks".
