I had exactly the same experiences with the infantry on engine 4.
As for the tanks behaviour I seem to remember that happening the last time I tried the campaign with engine 3. Although I did just fire it up again having read your post, and lo and behold, without me even giving a "Target" order it trundled up to the hedge and began blasting away at the bunker with it's main gun.

Very artistic.

Every time I see the title of this thread I get "(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love & Understanding" in my head. I can't imagine why.

It's funny that you mentioned '82 as it was one of the more memorable shows ever (and I've probably been to close to 100 over the years). It was at JFK Stadium (future site of Live Aid) and the line up was Flock of Seagulls/Blondie/Elvis Costello/Genesis. No lie, the headline in the next day's Philadelphia Inquirer was "Elvis Costello steals show at JFK". He was touring Imperial Bedroom at the time. I don't remember what I had for lunch yesterday but remember that kind of stuff.
Now that deserves a "like", even though I can't give you one.

I've done it with "Smoke" a few times. But it's never been a problem with the trees as I never toggle them.

Another enjoyable episode.

In our family we call 'em "Jolly Bollys".

Here's hoping for Blackshirt Friday.
I'd prefer Cable Street Sunday.

I think your "Surrender Invites Death" series is still one of the best CM series on youtube.

Although you may be biologically inaccurate in your terminology, I don't think that you should be banned. In the meantime perhaps my fellow redhead will learn how to be grateful.

i remember one of Ithikial's Normandy videos where he used building demolition to expose hidden enemy tanks, to very good effect.

Sadly both your Limeys and your Germans are falling victim to a bug introduced with Engine 4. It has been patched successfully in all titles except CMBN because of the different terrain. Hopefully it will get fixed eventually.

They escaped death by... dying?
Not quite. They escaped beheading, a fate the befell some of Mad Addy and Joey Gob****e's victims.

No problem, though Wart may like the Alice in Wonderland ride with the Queen of Hearts yelling "off with their heads" !
I prefer Jefferson Airplane's "off with her head". Sadly, both Eva the Airhead and Mad Magda escaped that particular fate.

@Seedorf81 Sure thing, Clarence (obscure Association Football reference) providing you take your holidays in Overloon, along Hell'e Highway, or on Texel, I'm sure we'd all like to see them.

Although perhaps he does have a point. There is a Metro station in Paris called "Stalingrad".

So that would be the 1814 version?

@Der Kommisar It's always good to see a photo that I've not seen before. Nice one.

The 32-pounder was 94mm. But he might have gotten a bit confused.
