  1. Bottom of the screen with the thread titles, under "Display options": change "last month" to "last year" or "beginning".
  2. That worked, Hubert. Even if I don't understand why. BTW, thank you for making great games as this one. Hope there is more to come.
  3. I found that someone had the same problem: http://www.battlefront.com/community/showthread.php?t=108394 I should also add that there is actually no "activation sprites" file in the bitmaps.
  4. I bought Breakthrough today. But when I try to launch I get this error message: "could not find bitmaps\activation sprites.bmp" Info: - The game is not installed on the default path - But neither is SC The Great War and that works fine - Patch 1.4 is installed (but the problem was already there before the patch) Any help is appreciated.
  5. Apparently Gamersgate never got the patch. They told me they would get in touch with you.
  6. Thank you, Hubert. I'll try and contact Gamersgate support.
  7. Apparently, the problem is known at Gamersgate: http://www.gamersgate.com/gametutor?issue=213322
  8. Yes, it just happened again. As he AI takes its turn (after my 9 sept 1940 turn), the camera moves to a Soviet engineer on the hex just south of Riga and this error message appears: "FAILED (animate_fortification): Segmentation Violation"
  9. Thank you, Shrullenhaft. I'll check with Gamergsgate. The CTD happened in the 1939 campaign. I have now reinstalled (without the patch) and trying that campaign again. If it happens again I'll post it here.
  10. Hello, I bought Global Conflict from Gamer's Gate. I installed it to my F-drive. The version is 1.06. 1. I had no problems until halfway 1940 when a Russian engineer appeared on the still peaceful border with Germany. I assume he was building a fortress because at the end of the turn I get a "segment violation" and something about "fortification animation". After that CTD. 2. I hoped this would be fixed by some patch and discovered version 1.07. The patch installs correctly. But I never found out if this fixed the problem because the game refuses to start and I get a system error about some "elicen40.dll" being missing on my computer. I would appreciate any help.
