Glad to see Help Desk "accidentally" helped you solve your issues. Like I related earlier - when in doubt, "create a ticket with the help desk". When I was experiencing my reload issues, both John and Steve had the answers even going so far as replying on a Saturday evening and a Sunday afternoon.

Reading your rant and frustration takes me back to where I was a while ago when I was dealing with the installer and re-loading CMBN/CW/MG and the vehicle pack. Then I wised up and created a help ticket at Battlefront. After about three or four emails back and forth, I completed the entire process and I'm playing the game. Go here: http://battlefront.mojohelpdesk.com/ In the upper right hand corner - + New Ticket . Create a ticket and fully explain what you are trying to do. The folks manning the desk are there to help and will patiently work with you to get the issue(s) resolved. That's my advice.

All building roofs do not need snow cover. Barns and outbuildings, yes. Occupied dwellings only need some snow to show the affect of interior heating. Just my 2 cent comment. Great work lads!
