I installed the game on a old XP computer and guess what, I can not install the game as I can not register the game. This comp has no internet connection so I have to put the initiating number in and file it and then all freezes ! Tried to copy all the data required to get acceptance number from the initiating site mentioned in the TOW program but I can't copy ! Looks realy like a dud game to me.

Funny game !! When starting the game I have no pointer but by maneuvering the mouse I can get things highlighted in the panels, but no curser/pointer visible But... pressing the Microsoft button ( between Ctrl and Alt) the pointer appears together with the "run" panel. But I cannot move this panel and but can use the pointer on the screen outside this panel. However a soon as I click the Microsoft button the "run" panel disappears as well as the pointer and I am back to where I started !!

Funny thing, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. This at random. Think I give up on this game

Thanks again, but no improvement, I still do not get the curser back. Left or right clicking makes no difference

But.............having it run once was fun. But after logging out and trying to start again it did not work. Could not find any saved games either ! Think I am giving up on TOW

Thanks for suggestions. First downloaded the Moscow disc and then put the "uber patch" in the same file and voila, the pointer/curser appeared. Game does play, I followed the whole training thing, but playing the first battle it stated suddenly to beep and get back to windows desktop. So still not all is OK !

Just installed TOW battle for Moscow version 1.30.56 When using the mouse various buttons do highlight, but the pointer is not visible. Operating system Vista business 32 bit. Any suggestions ??
