I love that mod, as well as the Battle of the Bulge mod, and wish SC had more mods at that unit level.

This one compliments CMETO by covering NW Europe 1940-43 I believe. Check CMAK Mods by MarkEzra section. That's where I found it and then ran a few searches here to get some further info. Maybe I'll PM Mark, stretch his memory
