  1. We have lots of interesting things you might like to read: http://www.polygon.com/features/2013/1/29/3916154/turn-by-turn-battlefront-combat-mission http://www.polygon.com/features/2013/5/14/4319958/unity-of-command-the-unlikely-origin http://www.polygon.com/features/2013/9/8/4568598/stalker-fallout-gsc-game-world http://www.polygon.com/features/2014/7/16/5888655/poland-detroit-lodz
  2. Hey all. I just watched a Russian film called 9th Company. I wondered if there was a scenario bundled with the game, or mod'd in later, that dealt with this battle? http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%91%D0%BE%D0%B9_%D1%83_%D0%B2%D1%8B%D1%81%D0%BE%D1%82%D1%8B_3234
  3. I'm running a scenario right now and it looks like every single one of my men on a gun, from big FLAK 88s to little 81mm mortars, is offset just a bit from their weapon. Entire crews look for targets, or load shells into the breach, but about a foot to the left of where they should be doing so. I'd think it was Aris' gun mods I was running, but my mortars are doing it as well. Clipping right through the tube to lean down and aim, dialing the azimuth a foot out into space. Any way to fix this?
  4. I know. Clearly it's a complete waste of time. You should move on to more important things. Everyone else, this is a work in progress so check back as the PBEM game continues. Additionally, here's the previous battle in the campaign. http://www.gamerswithjobs.com/node/111036 Perhaps I'll reach all the way back to the first of these three battles and post one long AAR about it with maps and such. Edit: Holy crow. Just checked out your two AARs you've linked two. I know what I'll be reading for the next few days.
  5. Hey gang. Since all the other battles I've fought in this series have gone somewhat to waste, I'm taking the time do document Eroudeville turn by turn. Lots of pictures. Hope you enjoy! Start at the bottom. http://hisperambulations.blogspot.com/search/label/Combat%20Mission
  6. *poke* I think it's dead. Well, at least I tried. Perhaps I'll dip into a multi-monitor forum and give it a whirl there.
  7. Didn't think it would require that, but... I have a GTX 460 768mb. I'm running dual DVI monitors at 1440x900x75Hz.
  8. Erwin, I know what you're saying but I'm trying to spread my display over more than one monitor, not duplicate it on another moniter. Schrullenhaft, I edited the file you mentioned and received the resolution option that I entered, 2880x900. I choose that option, restarted the game, but found I was still locked onto the one monitor at its native resolution. Rats. Maybe let's go another way... How do you play this game in windowed mode? Because I should be able to stretch it any size I want, right?
  9. No joy. That's what I've got it set to right now and it only gives me resolutions lower than my single monitor from there.
  10. Hey all. I wanted to play across my two monitors. Anyone have a way to do that? Is there something in the settings or launcher I can tweak?
  11. Hey fellas! Glad you found the article to your liking. I was told there would be a beta demo, lemme check my notes here... first week in May. The Battlefront gods strike me down, but that's what I was told and there were no embargoes on that information. I know, literally, nothing more about it. Now, we all know how production schedules are. It's done when it's done, right? Carry on. And, when the game arrives, I'd love to see you all in our Wargamer's Corner to run PBEM games with. http://www.gamerswithjobs.com/node/35998
