Thanks Ian.Leslie, help much appreciated.So tank commander gives LOS but we have to get LOF with the gunner. I played the Devon's training scenario (the one with the artillery and tanks) and hunt command with cover arcs works really fine,to get hulldown's position.Even they find automatically unbelievable hulldown's positions.But when I try to reproduce it manually (to not go too far with the "hunt"command and get killed)it's really difficult...Sometimes I get too exposed.Sometimes I can't fire... Thanks for your blog.Very useful. Can we play the armor scenario in latest version? I have problems with hulldown position.And I have some questions: 1) I try to use infantry to be the "eyes" of armored forces,but sometimes,the HQ for infantry and armor are not in the same chain of command.Will infantry HQ and armor HQ share information even if they are not of the same chain of command?The time for sharing information increases,if they are not in the same C2? 2)I know where an enemy armor is.I move my tank to hulldown position.I check from enemy armor position.I see the turret of my tank.Fine.It is suposed that I'm in hulldown but my tank doesn't fire.I wait some minutes but nothing happens. 3)The tank I'm trying to catch.Spots me.Fires and destroy my tank.Doesn't LOS or LOF work in both senses?If he can see me, It is not supposed I can see him too? 4)I try not to open up the tank commander to have better spotting. I'm cursed with a lot of damnations: - My tanks never spots first,they miss their first shot,but they get always killed from the first shot of the enemy. -Enemy usually doesn't get killed with one of my shots.They move and fire,even after several hits.My tank explodes at first hit. -HQ,section leaders or tank commanders get killed the first. And I don't want to continue and be boring... So, in conclusion. Could you sir create an scenario to understand how hulldown work? Could some one help with a link to a tread (I did a research but nothing clarifiyng)or explain how this works?(some pics will be great)I read In page 47 of manual it says"if only a part of a vehicle is visible,then only that part can be hit by direct fire" Understand me,I read the forum,the manual's instructions,I think I have an optimal knowledge about how it works.But when I try "deliberately" to put in action the hulldown's tactic I get my ass kicked. Some extra request:scenarios for forest, urban, etc... fights Thanks and sorry for my english. Regards -

May I put another ones that I read here in forum? 1)Deploy AT guns inside buildings/fortifications(at least in deployment phase) 2)Extra net camouflage for AT guns (to spot them too hard)Better game look! Regards -
I think the vehicle must be stoped(with no line movement order) and with no "face" command (blue line).Then you can select "dismount" or "bail" button. Hope that helps. Regards

1) Artillery smoke over the king tiger place: you will blind enemies and hide your units while get into the tiger 2)Use ingeniers (mounted in vehicles if possible) to open holes to the tiger position and reach directly to the tiger most quickly possible. PLaying The Keep of Majella.The PIAT team gets hit inside the truck and the PIAT Bazooka disappears forever..Does this happens randomly?If a soldier gets hit inside a vehicle,is his weapon lost forever?(machine guns,demo carges,bazookas,etc)Thanks for answers.Regards -
Could aNyone from Battlefront team,make a list or tell us, wich of all those "wish" are they taking in consideration to implement and the ones who are very far to be implemented? Thanks Just because maybe we're repeating some of them, and it will be good for new players "here, in this link, is the list with things they are considering to implement and not. So your demand is here or will never be here ..." SO, my wish (sorry if this has been demanded before) : We can separate a team (assault,recon,etc) INSIDE a transport vehicle in WEGO. We have to finish the movement in the last waypoint to dismount the unit (It will be great if we could do this with a pause and continue moving the vehicle in the same turn) and then separate the unit in teams... Thanks for all your reponses in especial to OddballE8 "Tack så mycket!" So, acording to your tests (in general) caliber up to 50 mm can pierce a house, even two of them. And calibers down this can pierce only one house...Thanks! It will be great if we could select voluntarily the ammo to use, in this case AP "So you,moron, hides your tank behind a house? Jah!Jah! Change to AP ammo guys!BAZINGA!" Best regards and good week-end!

I was a little desperate and fired a cannon (AP ammo) against a house with troops inside.I was surprised, because the projectile pierced the house and destroyed a vehicle that was behind and I did not know it was there (I saw a column of smoke out behind the building ) I've done some tests with the editor, but I'm not very good and I do not find all calibers of guns. Could anyone help? I'd like to know what AP calibers can pass a house and what not.For example,this 37mm allied canon can do this... I just want to know something general.Those caliber can penetrate houses and those do not. There are two base games CMBN and FI, and modules CW and GL. There will be more of them.I have a problem.Not eveyone have all those games, modules or upgrades.So find players to play with it, is sometimes dificult. For example: -Players with CMBN -Players with CMBN2.0 -Players with CMBN+CW -Players with CMBN2.0+CW -Players with CMBN2.0+CW+MG -Players with FI -FI+GL How I can have diferents versions of the game to play with all the community?Can someone explain who to do that?I'm not good with computers and my english it's not good too, so thanks for an easy explication Thanks for answers and help. Sorry I can't edit my previous message. Three more: - Vehicles can push other vehicles (even destroy other vehicles passing over them) - You can dismount one unit and mount in another vehicle in the same turn (WEGO) - Numbers or a little big circles for trucks. It's difficult to count how many units can get in. Sorry for double post. I like a lot of good ideas here... Regards!

+1 It's very difficult to do that - Animations for passengers in vehicles. They stay too still. -If I do a mistake calling for artillery, I have to remake all the process.So It will be fine, a button to "back one step" If I do a mistake - Night flares - A general strategic game AND (battlefront TM )and play the battles with CM Love this game! Rergards!

A little bit difficult to appreciate this war movie mod on "Smoke em up" (night mission)battle of Gustav Line Off-topic:Very difficult and challenging scenarios. Well done! I beging to learn a bit how to fight in scenarios "Italy" type (mountains, open terrain,etc) Before beging to play CMBN, one user (sorry I don't remember the name) recomended this lecture:http://cgsc.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/search/searchterm/close-support/mode/all/order/titleand I learned a lot before playing the game and prepare tactics in Normandy. But... Can someone recommend a lecture to "how to fight in urban scenarios"? Or how to fight in terrains like Italy(open and mountains)? In Gustav Line there are a couple of missions with urban fight and I don't know how to act. Thanks and regards.

I did a test with all the objets 1 & 2 of the editor. I don't found all types of objets. (Like some carts). It's and stupid test. But it demostrates than an idiot like me can use the really good game editor: - The kubelwagen can destroy all types of flavor objets. Except the ones in the picture. - No matter if it crash with a small map full of those objets. The vehicle will not get the wheels damaged. - Not boged during all test and passing over lots of this objets. - All the objets destroyed "desintegrates" - Heavy / medium vehicles can cross over the objets than the kubelwagen can not. But this objets don't get destroyed. Hope my stupid test helps someone or at least, take out a little smile (note: the drivers were completly drunked with Jägermaister TM) Regards
