I just find the web site to be all over the place - glad they pay more attention to their games! Next question - price?

I can't tell from the web site IF and WHEN 'breakthrough' will be completed. is it out yet and I just can't find the download link?

So - I've been told that multiplayer by email works well with this game. 1 - Is it possible to multiplay with 3 or 4 players? If so - can a nation switch sides mid-war? I know this not rational but - I have always hated the isometric perspective with tiny little soldiers view for serious war games. (Forgive me - I'm old and started with Avalon Hill cardboard.) 2 - Is there any way - a mod perhaps to switch to a top-down nato counter type of view? Thanks.

I have been looking for a good PBEM game for a while. Could this be it? 1 - how many human players can PBEM? 2 - does each player get a full view of the combat results? 3 - can you see the game with 2D hexes only (I hate 3d hexes) 4 - what is the game turn lenghth? (1 day, 1 week, 1 month?) Thanks!

I mean did you just update your video driver? I'm having the same problem you had - 4 or 5 minues of game play and then ctdt...

I am SO sick of this with PC games. I just paid for MCSF_Marines, I got through the basic game mechanics, started a campaign, started to really LIKE the game - and I crash to desktop some time after the first move or two. I have updated my Nvidia drivers but same result. Any general tips for preventing crashes with this game would be appreciated.

Does anyone know what's next for this series? I understand that the WWII Combat Missions are far less advanced then the Shock Force series. Are there any plans to rerofit them?

What I see showing is the squad leader's name - the soldiers within his squad appear to be nameless UNLESS the squad leader gets killed and then I guess we would find out who ppicks up his whistle. My question was - can you edit the squad leaders names anywhere to make the scenareo more personal or easy to remember or more historically accurate if you are recreating and actual scirmish? OR do all scenareso just pick names randomly from the long list of alphabetic last names? Thanks.

I didn't know that the individual soldirs had names! Where do they show up? Also does that mean that the unit names get chosen at random each time a scenareo or campaing get's launched?

OK - I bought the full game - CMSF plus marines and now I want to do my first mod - I want to change the names within a scenareo and campaign and I want to swap out the intro music. How do I know which BRZ file the name and music info is in? Any help will be appreciated.

Maybe I dodn't install it right. I have no mod tools folder!
