I still play SC1, and use almost always the easiest difficulty level and settings against the AI. So the win is easy to experienced player both as Axis and Allies with all the most usual strategies.
So I usually try to win as difficult way as possible. Let's list to this that kind of strategies.
What do you think about strategy where Leningrad is the first city taken from USSR by Germans.
Probably Germany should:
- DoW to Finland instead of waiting it to join and conquer it (naturally with HQ)
- transport air fleets to Finland
- transport HQ and ground units to USSR coast south from Leningrad
- move navy to Northern Baltic for USSR ships
- naturally DoW to USSR instead of waiting it to DoW
But is it still impossible, at least against human opponent.
What do you think would be the best way to change game, so that Rome Gambit could be allowed.
I think Italy could simply change capital instead of surrender, if Allied has DoWed Italy and Rome is conquered. What do you think would be the best new capital?
What do you think is the meaning of Syria and Syrian Corps, if
1. Syria belongs to France
2. Axis has DoWed Vichy France
3. Allied has DoWed Vichy France
Has anyone as Axis player delayed conquesting France by first taking Algiers, then Gibraltar and then Paris.
So Axis would get Gibraltar without attacking Vichy or Spain.
