  1. Dowly, I have a quick question for you. This SS person of yours here... his name... it wouldn't by any chance be...BERNARD?!?! Hehe, I loved reading your old posts on Subsim Awesome skinning. I can't wait to get Bernard into ToW PS: Imagine the possibilities of a Bernard thread on here?!?! Hehe take care mon ami.
  2. Very kind of you to offer, Earl, thanks. Looks like we might have some nice greys by rofl for now though? Q. Apologies if this has been asked before, but did anyone create a way of incorporating a unit insignia graphic onto the tank turret skins, specifically the rear of the Tiger I turret? I'm thinking that if we had various unit insignia such as the 1st SS Division Leibstandarte "Key" to choose from on the backs of our turrets, it really couldn't get any better than this!
  3. Wow! You sir, are a hero!! You are THE MAN!!! That's exactly what I had in mind!!!! DANKE x 1000!!!!! I have been wishing for this ever since I bought ToW, I can't thank you enough! It'd be awesome if you could upload it somewhere... please? (Can you tell I'm excited yet?) I definitely owe you one after this unexpected Xmas prez!
  4. Thanks, so unless anyone had definite plans to make the panzer grey Tiger I skin... looks like it's up to me then? The idea of me doing it makes me smile. As a child I wasn't into making models (Airfix/Tamiya) very much.. however the one that I was quite proud of was a Tiger I scene at a crossroads near Bastogne with tankers standing around and plenty of airbrushed weathering on the metal. It looked quite good in a darker than usual grey because I had run out of the proper Panzer grey paint. It had a sort of "elite SS panzer division" look about it, even though it wasn't necessarily 100% historically accurate. Actually now I think about it, I remember I had based the paint scheme on those three nicely converted T-34's used in the film Kelly's Heroes Well I have a lot going on right now so I'm not sure how long it's going to take to start doing it, but I'll be happy to upload it eventually if anyone's interested Cheers.
  5. I can live with the standard Tiger paint schemes... but I would much prefer to be able to choose a darker panzer grey colour for my PzKpfw VI Tiger I's. Thanks
  6. What year? Five words: "Knights Of The Force Mod"
  7. Nice one, I do hope you get the job, good luck. I had a C64 and Amiga too... after I upgraded from my Grandstand 3600, Intellivision, BBC Micro, Atari 2600 VCS, ViC 20, Atari 800, Atari 600XL and Sinclar ZX Spectrum. Where were you?
  8. Only guessing but I expect we should see it appear sometime later today, when the devs come back from their weekend break. At least, I hope that's all the delay is down to.
  9. Thanks. Did you complete the SP Campaign yet? I finished it last week. Only took a few hours on and off to complete, but what there was, was quite cinematic and fun. If you can call a mindless FPS on rails "fun", that is. Good luck
  10. Thanks for the hard work doing the patch, chaps! Very much appreciated, it sounds awesome. So, is it out yet? Can the GodFleshNL pee also be finally released like Dutch dams bursting in WWII as 617 squadron flies overhead? Also, 1.2GB sounds like an ideal size. Nice job. In fact, the bigger (the more ToW content), the better, no? I bought the full game originally as an online d/l, and it only took a couple of hours on my 24MB line. Besides, we know that the original ToW filesize was quite modest compared to other recent ~10GB releases, so a "huge" update was almost to be expected. Very well done.
