hi folks,, IM 60 years old,, and just wanted to say HI,, and just got back into the series,,when I Learned v4 was out,,I was soo excited,, I hope I put this in the right section,,, I wasnt sure,,, I have been a Long time "BF" games supporter, for a long time, my first game was "CM2 barbarossa to berlin" and had a ton of fun,,wow,,those were some great battles.. after I purchased it,, I was soo Impresed,,I purchased the rest of the titles[yes,,all of them,,, I hope you all are well,,and haven fun,, JOHN.

Thnx!! I very much appreciate that!this mission has tortured me for days! only two differences to how my plans and your came about; 1. I always play in Real-time first time out [big mistake on some maps, i run out of time because of thinking/planning], the i run Turn-based. 2. did your maps have these differences that you saw? >2a> In the field to the left [the one in the middle of map] I found a mine-field did yours? >2b> at the top of the map, the german's had an anti-tank gun aiming right down the road, so when my tanks turned the corner they were annihilated. I wouldn't say its the Best,,, But it is awesome from the "Near-future" prospective of the possible conflict that the current "Super-powers" could get into from a fictional conflict,, its Fun! I do alot better with RT and BB,, Im struggling with figureing out how best to use the hi-tech equiptment. CM Black Sea is a Top-notch sim in its own right!!

Point well taken,, think I'LL try sending in squads of soldiers in overwatch, then try to eliminate the "thing" thats doing the Lasing and get its attention with the foot soldiers, supress it, the sneek-up the Heavies,, well see,, will experiment to find strategy that works [thank god Im in the habit of saving after every turn!]

I consider myself an "Intermediate-but knowledgeable" player, so Those were great tips!! Thnx "Bahger",,, I had a talk with my troops this morning,, and went over those concepts in detail,,, I also told them to kill with impunity anything with a laser!! [still working on that strategy,,,more testing needed],,, Happy Hunting everyone!

ok,,,Thanx guys,,, gotta do more experimentation in this area,, find a way to get my men to attack whats Laseing them if thats possible,, I mean an FO with a rangefinder shouldn't scare the hell out of my Abrams! [best defense is to go on offense thing] I only got so-many turns in a battle,,so if my men are advancing 50ft and beeing lased then retreating 125ft Ive got a problem!

ok,, whats this Lased thing,, even my Abrams are affraid of it! can you tell who or what is Laseing you? is it more than likely a tank? a little help on how to deal with the cituation would be helpful,,Thnx! [Help!> Alliens are laseing my army!!]

I dont reply to-often, but I just wanted to say Thnx from a long-time dedicated Battlefront customer for the last 2 simulations in this series [though thanx, for all of them which I have] I just started the Nato campain, and am Looking forward to using the Predator Drones. Im also in the middle of the RT campain[also very Fun!] I also thank the writer of the strategy Guide for BB, it helped me alot a couple of years back[or was iot 5-8 years?? i lost track,,] Great Job Dev.
