  1. Ignore this thread. I think I see how to interact with support in the new set up.
  2. I haven't been here in a long time but the new forum remembered my user credentials. However, I had to create a new Battlefront account, even though I'm using the same email address I used to order products in the past. How do I find my order history? It's telling me I've bought nothing under this account, though I bought at least 4 or 5 different products previously.
  3. I've been wanting a non-sim WWI game for a long time.
  4. It's not you guys. It's the server. It's a hit or miss most of the time. Sometimes it goes down and no one even seems to know it's down.
  5. I just tried again it and it was ok. Until now I was getting the standard 'server does not exist or is unavailable message'.
  6. Can anyone log into the lobby today? I haven't been able to get in for at least 24 hours.
  7. No error logs are being created by this error.
  8. I play on 3 different computers and this error occurs repeatedly. When you get the error it will still take you to the dogfight screen but nothing ever loads. I sometimes have to start a battle 2 or 3 times to get in and play. I don't know if the error is the same at all times, but I am only going to type it out by hand once! The fact that it happens on 3 different computers at 3 different locations tells me that it's probably not on my end. Anyway, here's the error. The dialogue box is entitled eDiF Error and the error text has a red circle with a white X in it next to it. The text is as follows: Error occurred in: System.Runtime.Remoting Description: Requested Service not found Trace Info: Server stack trace: at System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels.BinaryServerFormatterSink.ProcessMessage(IServerChannelSinkStacksinkStack, IMessage requestMsg, ITransportHeaders requestHeaders, Stream requestStream, IMessage& responseMsg, ITransportHeaders& responseHeaders, Stream& responseStream) Exception rethrown at [0]: at System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy.HandleReturnMessage(IMessage reqMsg, IMessage retMsg) at System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy.PrivateInvoke(MessageData&, msgData, Int32 type) at bartbert.games.difo.shared.IRemoteGame.JoinGame(String playerName, Int32 pilotId, Int32 aircraft Id, Int32 altitude, String gameXml, String gameInfo, String hostname) at bartbert.games.difo.client.forms.LobbyClientForm.JoinGame(SessionInfoStruct sessionInfo) As I said, this happens A LOT. I wouldn't have bothered to write all of this out but with the frequency of its occurrence, combined with the frequent server down time, it's really starting to piss me off. Do you think there's a relationship between this error and the server down time? Is it time to put a new server or what?
  9. Anyone know what's going on? Can anyone get in? I'd like to determine if the problem is just on my end.
  10. Server appears to be down again. Hey, Sixxkiller, is there any way to make that link you posted permanent when I sign in? Every time I come to the forums half my screen is taken up by the intrusive screen header again.
  11. Does anyone know what the scheduled reboot times are? It's currently 13.15 EDT and I can't get in.
  12. P.S. Is there a way to get rid of the advertisement and page heading that takes up half the forum page?
  13. Yes, jomni, that is usually what happens. Eventually it will probably tell you that the server does not exist or is not available, etc. I'm posting this about 2.25 hours after your post and the server is still not accepting logins. What do we need to do to keep this thing up and running?
  14. I am an ubernoob to CM but would be interested in playing if any other lower level commanders are needed.
