  1. Same issue with Avast with me. Sent a "False Positive" to Avast.
  2. For me it would be CMBB as my favorite, for what it brought to the series, but it is not the one which takes most of my Combat Mission time. That would currently go to CMSF with CMA a close second.
  3. Well I have CMBN with the all accompanying addons and there are 730 Quick Battle maps in the Quick Battle maps folder.
  4. Same post has been popping up at other sites too.
  5. In the Repository, link in the Battlefront main page.
  6. If your AT team failed to fire at the tank. It might be that the tank was out of range or the the team has no ammo other than SAA (Small Arms Ammo). Or another thing, some AT weapons need to be DEPLOYED to be able to fire. As per your second question, have you tried Target Area on the section of wall you wish to breach. I've never tried a Javelin on a wall, but I've have blown holes in walls for infantry using Tanks etc this way.
  7. Looking forward to this, appreciate your hard work.
  8. I too play WEGO. Your soldiers don't always do things as smoothly as you envisioned them to.
  9. Don't know if anyone else has tried but Z-BEE's CMSF Mod Manager 1.3 works with CMA. Not allot of CMA mods that one would need a MOD manager but this is easy to set up and use.
  10. I'm pretty sure it is the ATI card and drivers. I had a Sapphire HD3850 and it ran really sloooooowww in all the CM games. The best ATI drivers that work for CM are CAT 7.11, but since you are talking about a newer ATI card I'm pretty sure these old drivers will not work with it. Note: Just reread your post, you got it fixed. Newer ATI HD cards and CM don't seem to play well together with the newer drivers.
  11. I run all the CM games on Vista 64. First turn off UAC "User Account Control". Second, install the game in either C:\Program Files(x86), or in there own folder. Don't install them in the "C:\Program Files" directory. Oh and run as Administrator. If you are having the white out text and slow performance in game, I'm guessing you are running a ATI graphics card, there is a user fix for the text (I can't remember where, but I know it is here), but the poor performance is a ATI driver issue I think.
  12. Try and turn AA off in Catalyst Control Center, by selecting Application manage.
  13. I get this with my HD3850, it is annoying but have you tried Alt+Tab then Alt+Tab back. This should minimize your game then maximize it again, works for me. As well I assume you have tuned AA to "Application Controlled"
  14. Thanks I've tried that as well, and I just get the no 3D device found error. Anyways after much testing on older games, and a few that support OpenGL or DirectX I have discovered that it is a ATI driver issue. OpenGL games work fine but DirectX games (older Games) run like my Grandmother (who I love dearly and is quite the advid Golfer at 85!). Since I look forward to my CM games I might have to bite the bullet and get another (cheaper) computer with an older vid card. Until then I'll write another letter to ATI and hope they can sort this out in a new driver, as I searched this topic on the net, I am not the only ATI HDXXXX card owner who is suffering this. Thanks all for your help.
