  1. "T-34 The Great Patriotic War!" Think of the possibilities. But you would have to make several tanks playable, on both sides. Multiple T-34 models would be required, the KV-1 and IS-2 would be the minimum for the Russians. For the Germans, the PzKpfw IV, PzKpfw V Panther, PzKpfw VI Tiger I and PzKpfw VI Tiger II. AI controlled vehicles, Anti-Tank guns, and Artillery would also be required. But I would hate to start on that list. What would you have in and what would you leave out? Hopefully Crazy House are seriously considering such a project, because I believe it would be very successful.
  2. Will TrackIR be supported in "T-72: Balkans on Fire!"? Regards Python61
  3. I have noticed that a lot of film footage of the T-34 taken during WWII, shows infantry riding into combat on the rear deck. What I was wondering, is if anyone knows if this easy infantry carrying capability was designed into the T-34 on the drawing board, or was it just that it was a useful by product of the design choice for a forward mounted turret?
  4. Hope it is not too late for a request for the demo. As I expect only the T-72 will be in the demo, could you include an option to disable all modern systems, so that apart from firepower, the T-72 is a bit like the T34-85 in the game? Oh well, I suppose I can always not use any modern systems when testing the demo. That could prove challenging, especially against a Leopard. If you compared the M50 Super Sherman, to a WWII German Panzer, which one would it be most like, the Panther? If that is the case and you set up scenarios with the T34-85 vs the M50 Super Sherman, I suppose you could simulate WWII tank combat in T-72: Balkans on fire.
  5. Although this game looks excellent, and certainly fills a void, I am not particularly interested in the time period or conflict depicted in this game. Will community mods be possible, creating tank combat from other eras and battlefields? Better still, are the developers considering creating expansion packs or new games in different eras based on this game engine? If you hadn't guessed, I am more interested in WWII armoured combat. A game, concentrating on WWII Russian/German tank battles would have me buying it in a heartbeat. The possibilities for this era are enormous. I would be surprised if this possibility has not already been discussed by the developers, if so, was any conclusion reached?
