Dan, tried it yesterday and things look fine. Played a couple of single missions and a campaign. Though I do get booted off the server occasionly, if I don't do something in the lobby do you eventually get booted from the server for inactivity? I am still debating to place an order? Would you guys consider a download option to buy the game? It seems like it wouldn't be that large a download. Thanks, Bill

Hi I was wondering why I can't start an online game against other players? I select start an online game but after selecting my planes and elevation, I wait for another person to join and it just goes into a game against ai? As for campaigns against the AI I send my planes to locations hit execute and then when I select play a mission all I get is my name then a blue screen with no planes!?! Hmmm the game crashed as I was playing against the AI. I don't know if it is the similar problem as to which the others are having but I went to check Net Framework and it seems ok... Ive played the game with the default pilots in solitaire mode until today. Today I made my own pilots and they were up to 65 or so exp and then crash. it looks to be the same Net Framework errors the others have been having but I thought I would uninstal the game and reinstall and now I can't reinstall because of some .dll file that can't be copied over... sigh sometimes I HATE puters! Well it has been fixed. It must have been the lack of "legal terrain" I added another row of open terrain and this solved the problem. Now for play balance... Cheers, Bill

Ahhh crowding may be an issue. I was doing a beach landing and there may be too many units too near the beach also the terrain may be an issue as the fords may be too near (I am using the fords as the ocean beach)... Let me try again before I send it to you Mr. Kingfish and thanks for the quick replies chaps! Cheers, Bill

Hi I am designing a scenario in Beyond Overlord and my reinforcements are showing up in the wrong spots. Can anyone give me the proper sequence in placing/bringing in reinforcemnts as the book doesn't seem to be too clear Aren't the reinforcements suposed to arrive where you place the reinforcement markers? I placed the reinforcemnt marker in allied setup area in an open terrain square on a flat elevation and it the sherman appeared in axis territory on a raised elevation? What am I doing wrong? Heh, I like graphics, one of the reasons I play computer games is for the graphical representation. But of course that is for games along the lines of Battlefield 1942 or some other action game... As for CMBB I am happy my processing power is used for the AI and the detail that make this one of the best strategy games around atm. As for rudeness, I agree that you shouldn't blanket a nationality for something that one person is responsible for... MSW
