  1. Appeal for regrading as the current marking algorithm is flawed Pics clearly show a Column of 'Alligators' and 'Terrapin' amphibious vehicles on the Scheldt River likely Terneuzen. and an RAF sergeant shares an alfresco lunch (pigeon sarnies) with two Dutch women in traditional costumes at Nieuw- and St. Joosland, near Middelburg, as part of the tourism initiative. Tourists can 'marry' a Dutch local in new Tourism initiative "...tourists can marry a local for a day, go on a date while weeding or pluck and eat a city pigeon in a new initiative designed to combat the negative effects of overtourism. One of those activities is “Marry An Amsterdammer”, where a local and a visitor are matched up for a wedding ceremony, complete with rings, vows and proper attire. The ceremony takes around 35 minutes, said Linz, and the "honeymoon" is spent exploring lesser-known spots in the city. The marriage is is symbolic rather than legally binding. "It's a chance for a visitor to have a meaningful encounter with a local," Minsk told The Independent. Other quirky activities include “weed dating”, where a visitor is matched with a local to know each other while pulling out weeds at an urban farm; walking a local elderly person around a park; or plucking and eating a city pigeon at a local artists' studio." 4. https://jamestown.org/program/pro-russian-disinformation-operations-in-kherson-a-new-old-challenge-for-ukraines-national-security/ June 29, 2020 - On June 5, Serhiy Nayev, the commander of the Operational Command East of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, reported that the military and law enforcement agencies have strengthened the protection of critical infrastructure in the Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts to meet a possible Russian invasion. Primarily, the efforts included fortifying the security and defense capabilities of local water-supply infrastructure objects (such as the North Crimean Canal). In addition, the authorities implemented multiple counter-sabotage and counter-terrorism measures (Ukrinform.ua, June 5). At the same time, some of this new military equipment and additional personnel were spotted on the territory of the Henicheskyi district, along the Sea of Azov (Vizit.ks.ua, June 5).
  5. Can't water be trained in via tankers? - I thought that was part of the idea behind building the rail/road bridge to make logistics easier. Probably it'll cost a tad more to import and be prioritised, rather than used on agriculture. I see there's a canal but that's been cut off, and Russians are happy to throw rubles at the problem. North Crimean Canal https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-india-36013263 North Crimean Canal / Kherson, Oblast (province)- Would that be an obvious target for land grab?

  11. You don't need massive hi-resolution images = large file size 800–1000px should be good enough https://postimages.org
  12. I see you have Flesh's subdued terrain files in the that directory - try removing them both and see if that makes a difference.

  17. CM - Border Wars... Featuring China, Pakistan & India with Football & Cricket fans clashing modules "The absence of firearms in the clash dates back to a 1996 agreement between the two sides that guns and explosives be prohibited along the disputed stretch of the border, to deter escalation." The image that emerged on Thursday showed crude weapons that appeared to be made from iron rods studded with nails. It was passed to the BBC by a senior Indian military official on the India-China border, who said the weapons had been used by the Chinese. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-india-53089037

  19. You might want to contact the battlefront helpdesk for a manual and how to progress moving the game version wise - as the Apple store version is a few years old and might be hamstrung in terms of upgradability.
  20. Interesting - are there likely any spin-offs from the MOD simulator that could end up in consumer game? Funnily enough in Colchester most of the paras in barracks are on lockdown, or sent home - though their dep. commander is in doo doo after hosting an impromtu officers party.
  21. As above guncrew does seems in a weird lay low loop - only way to get them up and going was to give them a target fire order within their visibility range i.e 5m or so then they jumped out of their fugue and traversed the aim of the gun ( triedto keep ahead of them not allowing them to actually fire just in case the HE caused self inflicted casualties at such close range) Once that was achieved they would accept additional commands again as fast as I could give em in real time. And cooly took out a pesky Sherman.
