  1. Hi, Capt... I was part of Axis team in CMBT - and did pretty ok job there (stalled couple T34 battalions in little village and along river I can't remember killing about 20 T34s a fight etc.). Not sure if you remember that but that's me anyway for other recommendations see ROW IV AARs and BoB score tables for CMAK here... http://www.gustra.org/bar/3/rankings.html I have some RL commitments pressing big time BUT I think I can squeesh CM games in between those things every now and then. Especially if I don't need to do major cocat related stuff. Drop me a line if you are still looking for another player ajarvine[at]uku.fi

  5. Yep, Nick - it's me... Long time no see, that is true. I had to limit myself somewhat and Warfare HQ was one to suffer - I guess one can't have everything LOL anyway, good to hear you are still around and what I've heard you've learnt the lessons well  On more understandable level - could someone put the scores so that mathematically illiterate understood them too ie. final scores pleaze

  8. Thanks for KF to finish "South of Vevi" in time Now I have approvable score for final calculations.

  11. Short comments about the scenarios... Things go bump - this one was flawed in my mind. Far too wide a corridor for units to pass by resulted me never seeing opponent and we both got BORED big time here. Squeezing the Melon - I liked this one a LOT. Map was excellent and challenge for defender (me) good one. Troop composition was pretty equal but my opponent was whacked. My single Panther was pretty low on ammo but it was quite enough in the end (I think I had 3 APs left LOL) Frontier Firefight - map was too long in E-W orientation as it took me and my opponent 15 turns to see each other. Also a bit too much fortifications for defender (me) and thus quite hard for attacker. Retreat from Metemma - I liked this one. Map was quite narrow but then again defenders forces (me) we pretty scarce so I guess it was ok. South of Vevi - felt nice and played well but my original opponent surrendered on 36th turn because of too much mauling. Kingfish himself offered to play it to the end and thus we got more reasonable final score. All in all nice afterglow LOL Thank you for players all a like - and even bigger thank goes to organizers
  12. LOL I'm back in to the fighting thanks to Kingfish Himself The road to Vevi is being fought for as we speak... ...can't wait for the next file
  13. Kingfish - I think you have to make some kind of call about my game against Chaos49... as surrender was a surprise to me I got to see his troopers and their positions AND if that wasn't enough I did send him the final file so I suspect he has checked my men out. Shall I email you my latest file (before surrender) to check this one out? I sure hope we can get this one sorted out.
  14. I'm more than willing to send last files for judging - I'm also dissappointed with the battle not going to the end. Nevertheless I can understand my opponents feelings as his situation was not really promising. Basically I had managed to stop his attacks very well with few or no losses to my men. Waiting for a response from Kingfish.
  15. I just finished my last AAR (South of Vevi) where opponent did surrender without asking for cease-fire (I would have accepted it as I was defending). Points were big time in my favor but I will agree to any decent pts Kingfish wants to impose here... I have couple last files stored just for the case
