  1. I guess, in other words, it may or may not be in
  2. This looks pretty promising. Can't wait I suspect the entire package of Russian air support is in as well? What about QB battles for this game? Will the selection of forces be more like CMSF or CM:N?
  3. Fraid not. Come to think about it though, there should be some excel files floating around the net with the same info... EDIT: http://mysite.verizon.net/pchardwarelinks/cm/ that was fast, there it is
  4. Sadly i've lost the files, but what you can do is take screenshots of the information boxes from CMBO, tile them together, throw a "negative" filter over them so the black becomes white and vice versa and then print them out. Worked like a charm for me
  5. I wonder how easy it will be for infantry to close assault a buttoned tank in CM:N and use grenades such as the above, I can imagine that WW2 tanks were pretty blind to any approaching infantry, especially in dense terrain. Also, now that borg spotting is gone I hope it will be a lot easier to keep the infantry alive as they assault the tank in question. Whereas in CM1 your units were immediately shot to pieces by every other unit in LOS.
  6. I don't know if this was asked before, but will there also be AI plans for QB maps? I haven't played CMSF QBs in quite a while, but I remember the AI being apathetic, and usually it would just sit around doing nothing. Also, any word on flamethrowers and burning things?
  7. Steve, what about fire and flamethrowers? Can we set things on fire? And are flamethrowers in? Note: I am not a pyromaniac :')
  8. Couple of more questions: - Did German or US half tracks carry ammunition for the dismounts? If so, will be able to pick up spare Panzerfausts and other goodies? - Flamethrowers, are they in? - Is it again possible to have infantry ride tanks? - Can stuff be set on fire? - Is the building damage model enhanced in Normandy?
  9. Steve, Does this also mean we'll see more regular updates? I mean, with just one major feature left to code, you guys should have a lot of beans to spill And when are you guys planning on revealing the game name? CMSF was announced ages before it got released. However, information on Normandy has been pretty scarce, even now, we don't really know a whole lot about the game. I would love to see a website, maybe some weapon renders like you guys did for CMSF and some more general info. Naturally, i'm sure that a whole lot of people are really interested in how the QB system works too!
  10. I for one don't get it. Normandy, the next big title, is due out in like 4 months. Where are all the amazing weapon/soldier renders, or just bare models if need be. I understand not much ingame work has been done graphics wise, but we've seen many renders of CMSF vehicles/weapons. I want to see those improved StG44s and Panzerfausts already!
  11. Right now i'd settle for a model render of some of the small arms As long as they show an MP44
  12. Then, of course the question is, when can you guys show us some more bones? The Tiger screenie was way back already, and some pictures would shut us up for some time to come
  13. Steve, what's the timeframe for an official announcement and dedicated forum then?
  14. Steve, When will we see the first renders of equipment as was done with CMSF? It doesn't even have to be ingame in order to wet our appetites Also, when is the game finally going to be announced? SF was announced a year or so before release (?), I would imagine a similar full title to be announced well before release.
  15. Shameless bump It's been a while since we had some WW2 news I will always be here to pester BFC about it, well unless they ban me of course So.. when are you guys planning on announcing the title? CMSF was announced about a year before it came out, I would imagine a similar fully new product would be announced well in time as well, wouldn't it? And CMSF had those great renders of equipment too, seeing something similar for CM:N would be great
