Sybaris Angst

For me it's the camera perspective. In CM:BO and CM:BB you could adjust your camera angle and height to see the battle and still see the detail in the vehicles and troops. It seems that in CM:BN detail is lost too quickly as you zoom out and you get left with ants and non-descript blobs rolling about the field regardless of the size of the battle. There doesn't seem to be a happy medium. I assume this has to do with ratio??

Getting back into playing again and updating vehicle mods. A few questions: At the start of hostilities on the Eastern front were most German vehicles grey or gelb or both? If so about when did camo paint schemes start to appear?

Almost all my German vehicles have the ambush pattern. Since there's not a Panther A mod, or at least I haven't found one, that has the ambush scheme, I'm thinking about renumbering the .bmps from my ambush scheme Panther G for those of a Panther A. Anybody else done something like this? Is it always in the back of your mind that that's not "really" the .bmps for that vehicle? Did it drive you nuts? Did you change it back?
