don't be afraid to give yourself an advantage when starting out- try no fog of war to see what the ai does. give yourself extra troops and tanks.

bmps numered ~11002 are the splash screens. (they differ in resolution) open them up (save a backup of course) edit, paste, and save.

look at bmps 11002 and a few others before and after that one. those should have the splash screens. if they are not black i don't know what the problem is.

in the original cmbo, the sound for engines was really fricking loud. when someone postsed how to mod it to be quiet, i was on it like me at my lunch during work time.
