That video of the tank driving over the car is only one view. There was another angle of the same incident and it was on the same street as the above mentioned truck incident. That truck was ambushed and that tank also came under fire and swerved into the car. It was more than likely unintentional. Both videos were also reviewed and commented on several hundred posts ago.

If the Russians are retreating en mass from Kyiv could that also mean they are getting out of the way for a possible tactical nuke or other very large conventional or chemical weapons?

All that is happening is almost exactly how the West reacted to Hitler's early incursions and even the invasion of Poland. Hopefully the end result won't be the same. We never learn from history and which is why we repeat it.

I wonder if we'll ever find out about Russia's casualties, which may be way more than what they inflicted.

Too many years of counting on the US for military support and financial input for NATO defense. Trump stopped most of the money to NATO and only a few countries increased their defense budgets. Also there is a very lack of leadership now in the US and other countries are reluctant to do anything without US backing.

Nobody like Biden was president then.

You better believe that China is closely watching the response from the West for this.

Well I like to learn new things so I'll give it a go and see what I can come up with.

I'll give that some more thought. I started too originally but with the amount of Soviet forces it might be too easy. It might require another separate version.

I actually thought about putting in some Soviet information for briefings, etc..but not sure how enjoyable it would be for both sides as HTH. It would definitely really be challenging for both sides. I'm going to add some Soviet setup zones, briefing and a few minor changes and I'll post a HTH version in my drop box. Should be later tonight or early tomorrow Then you can test it out against an opponent.

On the stream on the far Eastern side of the map there are 2 corduroy bridges. The log4.brz is the corduroy bridge.

I just uploaded my scenario Tank Battle of Lisow and the Lisow master map to the Scenario Depot. The master map is free of units, objectives, setup zones, etc... so you can use it or adjust it as you like.

It's showtime! I'm pretty sure everything is ready. I requested author access for the Scenario Depot but haven't received it yet. For those of you who downloaded the original you might want to look at this as there were quite a few changes and it's more challenging. It's not quite ready for prime time. Just a few more tweaks and it will be showtime!

On the same day a few kilometers Northeast of Lisow there was another fairly big battle between the 6th Guards Rifle Division, 16th Guards Mech Brigade and Panzer Regiment 2 and Panzergrenadier Regiment 64 around the village of Skrzelcyce. It doesn't look like there were any heavy tanks on either side in that engagement as they were all at Lisow.
