1 point@Badger73 In the meantime, you can check this video on Youtube from someone called "Proambulator". This is an excellent introduction to AI triggers.

1 pointTo answer those who question the purpose of "EU army". It is needed, because there are some tasks, that the US led NATO is reluctant to undertake. It's supposed to be complementary to NATO, not to replace it. Basically NATO is now back to it's roots, namely defending the alliance against the conventional threats. But currently Europe has also other types of problems. The EU marine forces conduct operations on the Mediterranean to manage the refugee crisis. EU troops are also present in Africa because that's where the refugees are coming from. Polish troops during the EUFOR mission in Chad 2008-2009. At the same time Poland had a contingent in Afghanistan as a part of NATO mission there.

Late '44 Holland maps 1:25,000 for MG, etc.
Badger73 reacted to John Kettler for a post in a topic
One of the CoC guys posted what he thought wasn't all that useful, but he apparently didn't bother to zoom, which provides a grid box about 4" wide. Shows contours, peak elevations, ground cover, buildings and all sorts of other good stuff. Happy map crawling! https://www.loc.gov/resource/g6000m.gct00040/?q=geldrop&st=gallery&fbclid=IwAR3-yzH0_KD2glMElZ7_ERY25VEykjFOTB6_XfRIt98VopOWlHLXTbXN1FU Regards, John Kettler -

New DAR: ncc1701e vs JoMc67
Heirloom_Tomato reacted to ncc1701e for a post in a topic
MINUTE 25 On my left wing, after few mortar shots last turn, my men are assaulting the woods. The objective is to clean up the left flank of my assault on the main objective. Speaking of it, my troops are approaching of the objective. My scout team is still ahead of the attack. And I am lucky. The little trap, setup here, has not worked since these guys are facing the wrong direction. 🤗 My scout team has killed one bad guy but the two others are firing back. Just the time to throw a grenade before being shot... Oh no! Brian has been hit! Brian has been hit! -

Minefield Mayhem....
General Jack Ripper reacted to Alchenar for a post in a topic
Okay so to be absolutely clear: the manual is self-contradictory on what is hidden and what is not. A command described to 'detect and mark hidden minefields' is not obvious that it can only be used to target non hidden minefields. This is also literally the only move command that works like a target command. It's inconsistent with how all other controls work, if it worked like other move commands then you'd expect it to be a special form of 'hunt', which is clearly what so many new players expect. -
1 pointIt's got nothing to do with rocket science. It's just common courtesy which, granted, seems to be not as common today. You've chosen twice in this thread to be less than welcoming or helpful. Learn... to.. let.. it...pass. I won't be responding further as I have learned the above. I also don't have any particular axe to grind with you. Be well,

1 pointyou've been down this road before. I know folks want an update from Steve about the patch but in all likelihood comments like yours will draw his attention sooner. He has a low tolerance for Russian whataboutism and excuses for their intervention in Ukraine. One way or another this thread will head to being closed. Haiduk posted a factual comment on Russian equipment showing up in Ukraine that is not supposed to be there and it getting possibly hit by an arty strike. That isn't an opinion just a statement of events. Going off on a tangent argument again by both sides as to the politics of being there isn't going to last very long. Just sayin.
